Am I able to use a custom mouthguard with braces?
Yes, you can use a mouthguard with braces. In fact, it’s highly recommended that anyone with orthodontic work or have fixed bridge work protect themselves with a high quality mouthguard during vigorous activity or sport.
While it is highly recommended for those with braces to use a mouthguard, this should be left to a professional. When done at home, results can end in tears (and new braces!). Our team specialize in working with children and adults with braces to ensure the process and fit is as seamless as possible.
Can i wear a mouthguard with a retainer?
Yes you can. With a customise mouthguard we can allow extra space for your retainer while still providing an excellent fit.
Can i wear a mouthguard with invisalign?
Yes you can, you will just need to take out your retainer while your wear the mouthguard. The mouthguards may not last as long as if you have to much teeth movement from the invisalign, the mouthguard will get really tight and ill fitting which will result in you needing a new mouthguard.
Do you wear a mouthguard in wrestling?
Any impact sport it advisable to wear one. For the small price you pay it could safe you thousands in dentist bills.
